We are delighted to deliver our sweets throughout Canada. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain remote areas or areas requiring special shipping arrangements. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery to your address.

 

2. Shipping options and rates:

We offer one shipping option to suit your needs and your sweet tooth, which is 3 to 9 business days at the rate of 11.95$

 

3. Order processing times:

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods (such as holidays).

 

4. Careful packaging:

Your sweets are precious, and we take great care when packing them. We use appropriate packaging materials to protect your sweets in transit and ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed or given away.

 

5. Tracking your order :

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. You will then be able to track your package in real time on the carrier's website.

 

6. Receiving your order :

Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the package. If the carrier is unable to deliver the parcel, they will usually leave a note with instructions for collection or a new delivery attempt.

 

7. Delivery problems :

If you encounter a problem with the delivery of your order (long delay, damaged package, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at info@lemmycandy.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery that may be caused by the delivery service.

 

8. Changes and Cancellations:

Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to prompt shipping, changes or cancellations of orders may not always be possible once the order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes to your order.
